These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Sluggr (the "Service"), operated by Kodestack. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Sluggr lets you create short, memorable slugs that redirect to URLs of your choice. You can keep them private or share them across a team workspace.
You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@kodestack.io if you suspect unauthorised access.
You retain all rights to the slugs and URLs you create. By using the Service you grant us a limited licence to store and process that data solely to operate the Service.
You agree not to use the Service to:
The personal plan is free of charge. Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Pricing may change with reasonable notice. If you do not accept a price change you may cancel before the new price takes effect.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, your slugs and data may be deleted.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. We are not responsible for the content of any destination URLs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
